Your reservation will become effective as soon as we receive the 25 per cent account of the total price of the sejourn. Then, you will receive a letting settlement with the deposit aknowledgement of receipt.

The remaining amount of the letting price will be payed at the latest on the day you arrive (you will be given the keys the day you arrive between 4 and 6 p.m.; checking visit of the flat on the day your departure, at 11 a.m at the latest).
